Basic Education

Education is a process that is applied to a person's mind, character, or physical ability. It also is a method for transmitting information and social knowledge between individuals. Those who transmit the information are generally called teachers. Those who receive information are students. A teacher is one who has knowledge of a subject, and who may also have completed higher education in that area, and who may also have some type of certification to attest to their qualifications. A student can be a person of any age, from infant to elderly.


Education and teachers transmit amounts of knowledge, values, or skills. This education can take place within an educational institution such as a school or university, or it can be a hands-on education, handed down from one generation to the next. Education can be achieved through reading, seeing, hearing, or doing.


Many countries recognize education as a basic human right, because it strengthens and supports the community, and helps the country to advance socially. Some countries deny education to certain people, reserving it for Browserspiele a privileged class.


Education begins at birth, when a crying baby receives attention. Some education is self learned, through experience, and trial and error. Most education is achieved through schooling of some form. Advanced education can be achieved in many ways, from higher education at universities, to learning from a mentor, self education, and other methods.
